Responsibilities:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the seamless execution of events, meetings, and operational processes across our early talent programs. In this role, you'll be the engine behind the scenes-ensuring that systems run smoothly, rooms are ready, catering is on point, and candidate feels important.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage schedules, calendars, and registration systems for internal and external events
* Partner with internal and external vendors, travel, facilities to support events
* Track attendance, RSVPs, and follow-ups using tools such as Excel, event platforms, or applicant tracking systems
* Manage conference room space and technology needs (e.g., A/V setup, presentation materials) with IT and facilities teams
* Place and manage catering orders, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are considered
* Send timely communications to attendees, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

* 3 years of work experience
* Prior experience in event planning and or logistics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree
* Ability to wear many hats and thrive in a busy environment
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfort with technology systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, Calendly, ATS platforms)
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills-you're a natural host
* Ability to lift and move light event materials or catering items, as needed
