Responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact in this role 

*  Demonstrate commitment to organizational core values, quality improvement initiatives, and effective communication and customer service across all levels of the organization. 
*  Follow and promote safe work practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to safety protocols, and participation in departmental and organizational safety programs. 
*  Install, maintain, and repair complex plumbing and mechanical systems, including domestic water, reverse-osmosis, sanitary, storm, sump, and lift station systems, as well as related fixtures and equipment. 
*  Perform specialized tasks such as metal fabrication, brazing, cutting, and welding, while supporting the Master Plumber in fulfilling departmental responsibilities. 
*  Monitor and report work progress to management; operate with minimal supervision while applying critical thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. 
*  Provide facility support services such as snow removal and general maintenance duties, and complete additional assignments and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

*  Required Credential(s): 

*  Journey Plumber required.

Education:

*  High School graduate or equivalent required. Attendance at hospital equipment training schools.
Work Experience:

*  Four years as Licensed Journey Plumber required
