Responsibilities:

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Team, which includes, but is not limited to:

* Supervision and oversight of staff to include production, quality, and training for both new and existing staff.
* Provides regular coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
* Management of workflow and Service Levels.
* Monitoring of daily production within the unit.
* Regular communication with agents.
* Responding to any escalated calls and/or e-mails

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* Knowledge of the following three business lines preferred: Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Businessowners Policy 
* Minimum of 4 years of underwriting experience or equivalent industry experience 
* Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but will consider a combination of insurance experience and prior work history in lieu of supervisory experience
* Leadership ability
* Problem solving/analysis
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficient use of a computer
* Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary Range

$60,000.00-$100,000.00 USD

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training. 

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
