				Overview:

This position supports the Cyber Division in providing efficient and accurate handling of the technical aspects of the underwriting process. Provides administrative support to multiple cyber underwriters and completes administrative tasks to expedite the underwriting process. This can include policy processing and issuance for new business and/or renewal preparation, quoting and issuance; endorsement processing; cancellations; and/or other policy processing associated tasks. May potentially hold a limited Letter of Underwriting Authority. To be successful the candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable to a changing marketplace, and able to work and collaborate as part of a team. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.

*This role will be hybrid out of our Chicago, IL, Nashua, NH, Southington, CT or Boston, MA office* 

Responsibilities:

* Completes policy processing and issuance for new business and/or renewal preparation, quoting and issuance; endorsement processing; cancellations; and/or other policy processing associated tasks.
* Fulfills broker requests for, loss runs, copies of policies, copies of invoicing, etc.
* Provides agency support for general questions regarding renewal status, endorsement status, cancellation status, billing inquires, commission questions, etc.).
* Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
* Completes renewal proposals as requested.
* Manually rates coverages and/or policies that are not fully automated.
* Completes file documentation according to best practices guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with cyber underwriting team. Keep peers and Management informed of all issues and activity.
* Provide professional, timely and courteous communication and service to external clients and cross departmental staff to successfully resolve issues pertaining to policyholders and cyber underwriting team.
* Keeps current with market trends and demands.
* Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

* Associate degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven research and analytical skills to identify, gather and organize information to provide recommendations
* Working knowledge of PC based systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and data-based systems
* Ability to learn new software applications

* Demonstrated experience with commercial insurance
* Independent and self-motivated
* Articulate and analytical
* Detail oriented and customer focused
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage/prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
* Bachelor's Degree preferred

The expected salary range for this role is $17.00/hr - $31.25/hr.
