				Overview:

In a support role to the team the Multi-Line Underwriting Assistant responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

* New Business support, such as, pre-bind risk analysis within prescribed authority, reconciliation of binds to ensure all issued.
* Renewal support including pre-underwriting review, quoting, system updates, data collection and any other non-core underwriting type duties as directed.
* Broker of record handling
* Endorsement review and pre-screening as directed
* Cancellation and reinstatement handling as directed.
* Recommendation review and handling.
* Special projects as needed
* Maintains ownership of tasks assigned and provide acceptable service standards when processing and assigning tasks.
* Provide agency support to assigned agents by answering general questions, providing endorsement status, cancellation status, billing inquires, etc. or directs to correct contact.

Qualifications:

* Have the knowledge and skills needed to review Workers' Compensation lines of business.
* Proven team player and energetic personality.
* Positive "can-do" attitude
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* High commitment to achievement of business goals.
* Ability to work beyond core work hours
* Genuine interest and passion for the business demonstrated by actions.
* Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet productivity deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with a desire to learn.

The expected salary range for this role is $13.00-$23.00/HR.
