Responsibilities: As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform Ultrasound evaluations of patients and communicate findings to the Radiologist. * The General Ultrasound Tech will be responsible for venous/vascular studies and abdominal, renal, and small parts. * Assist in determining needs for equipment, supplies, and maintenance * Perform clerical duties related to the operation of the department * Assist in transporting patients as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements * A High School diploma or equivalent required * Certificate from a Diagnostic Ultrasound School * Certification or certification eligible by a certified agency, A.R.D.M.S., A.R.R.T., C.C.I. * Graduated from an accredited Ultrasound program * Vascular ultrasound experience and RDMS certification required Per Diem Requirement: Must be available to work Six (6) shifts per Six (6) week schedule; Three (3) must be on the Weekend (Saturday's or Sunday's).
