We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our US Open team for the duration from May to the end of August. The Experiential Project Manager will be responsible for managing on-site branding and design projects that range from large photo ops to interior build-outs in the stadium. They will work closely with the Director of Creative Services and Director of Marketing to manage and oversee multiple build outs for the 2025 US Open Tennis Championships.

Location: USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Queens, NY/Hybrid 

The Role 

* Act as marketing and design liaison for multiple branding projects at the US Open.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
* Edit design files as needed.
* Help coordinate visits with vendors to obtain quotes and measurements.
* Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients, keeping them informed of project milestones and any challenges encountered.
* Read shop drawings, make mark-ups, and communicate clear instructions to vendors and contractors.
* Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Work with the NTC facilities team to manage on-site installations leading up to the US Open.

Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for background in event management or branding projects.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
* Experience in pre-press operations.
* Knowledge of materials and fabrication styles to make informed decisions during the project execution phase.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to clearly convey project updates and requirements to stakeholders.

* Work independently and as a team player, contributing positively to the overall success of the project.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude throughout the project.
* Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required during peak project periods.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $40.00. (Approx. 30-40 hours a week)
