Job Title: Trusted Thin Client Systems Administrator I

Location: Shaw AFB, SC

Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Trusted Thin Client Systems Administrator I to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract at Shaw AFB, SC. 

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance and leadership to team members.
* Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution to enhance system performance and reliability.
* Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
* Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely, contributing directly to mission-critical operations.
* Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing immediate and sustainable solutions for the TTC system.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives.
* Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications;
* Develop "glue-ware" to support operational client applications and security patches;
* Provide Tier 2 technical support;
* Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain
server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional
services;
* Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access;
* Provide desktop, server and software application integration support;
* Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; and detect, analyze and resolve
platform, infrastructure and system problems;
* Monitor and control system performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal
performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; and report any vulnerabilities
or deficiencies to government technical representatives
* Evaluate current architecture, research current technologies/solutions; and provide
systems hardware/software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-oflife/
end-of-support COTS products to government technical representatives;
* Support Cross Domain Solutions as required;
* As required, the Contractor shall coordinate with Forcepoint to perform Quarterly TTC
Health Assessments (billed as an Other Direct Cost (ODC)) to analyze overall health,
operational capability and capacity of TTC infrastructure and services; and recommend
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system improvements.

Qualifications:

* Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance eligibility.
* Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 

* DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Citrix Certified Associate ‐Virtualization (CCA‐V) or Citrix Certified Associate ‐Networking (CCA‐N), or equivalent certification; and Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions Trusted Thin Client Administrator Training Course completed.
