				Overview:

Responsible for key financial transactions for the company providing financial and analytical reporting and support for Treasury management. Records financial data and compiles various financial records in areas such as general ledger, cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and loan.

Responsibilities:

A DAY IN THE LIFE: 

* Prepare cash model used to project cash flow on a daily basis.  Modeling should include daily and month-end reconciliation of bank accounts.
* Communicate with various departments for current data and pursue new data sources to enhance the model.
* Prepare monthly and long-term cash flow forecasts, daily analysis and management of cash positions.  
* Analyze cash flow trends, investments and borrowings and highlight key cash events for Management.
* Conduct account receivable and payable reconciliation with other related parties to maintain and update cash forecast and maximize positive cash flow.
* Create and present disbursement plan to Management after reviewing forecasted incoming and outgoing funds.  Verify actual inbound and outbound funds correlate with the plan and all transactions have occurred.  
* Prepare foreign currency requests on daily, weekly, quarterly basis through communication with necessary departments and facilities to determine need.  Present requests to Management for approval.  Monitor actual activity to verify request accuracy
* Understand and identify opportunities to minimize foreign exchange exposure.
* Prepare cash journal entries and month-end reconciliation through collaboration with the Accounting team.
* Prepare revaluation journal entries for Inventory and Trade AP.  Record the foreign currency hedge adjustment and compute the expense and capitalized portion.
* Capture factoring of receivables through communication with the Credit department assuring accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger.  
* Monitor forecasted and planned activities and incorporate such in the daily cash forecast reports. 
* Generate accurate ad hoc financial analysis through creation of key treasury reports.
* Provide requested information related to cash and financing for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes.
* Serve as liaison between internal and external banking organizations, coordinating communication and providing each entity with requested information as needed.
* Organize and maintain corporate bank documents and records. 

MUST-HAVES: 

* BA/BS in Accounting/Finance with minimum three (3) years experience in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related degree with five (5) years experience in Accounting/Finance
* One or more of the required years must be in Treasury.  
* Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
