Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Treasury Analyst Level 4 to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role will lead critical cash management functions and support key treasury operations across a growing global organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a finance professional with deep knowledge of treasury operations who can confidently interact with senior leadership, independently drive projects, and make data-informed recommendations. Responsibilities: * Cash Forecasting & Liquidity Management * Own the short-term cash forecasting process; prepare variance analysis and communicate drivers to management. * Monitor and analyze daily cash positions across entities and recommend funding decisions to optimize liquidity. * Partner with FP&A, AP, Payroll, Tax, and Accounting teams to align cash flow projections with operational needs. * Banking Operations & Disbursement Oversight * Review, authorize, and release domestic and international wire and ACH transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls. * Investigate and resolve transaction issues, denials, or potential fraud promptly and independently. * Manage banking relationships and support the setup of new accounts and services in coordination with global business units. * Treasury Process Leadership * Lead or contribute to treasury-related projects (e.g., intercompany settlements, cash pooling, banking platform implementations). * Ensure timely completion of month-end cash processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries. * Create and maintain cash and banking documentation, process workflows, and control narratives. * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence * Serve as a key Treasury point of contact to leadership and cross-functional partners. * Lead meetings or workstreams on complex topics; translate financial data into actionable insights. * Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and execute process improvements using data and stakeholder input. Qualifications: Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking operations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, financial modeling, data visualizations). * Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership or senior stakeholders. * Strong project management and time management skills; ability to prioritize and lead multiple concurrent initiatives. * Critical thinker with an analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. * Self-directed and capable of independently driving initiatives to completion. * Strong understanding of internal controls, banking platforms, and cash management systems. * Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with international cash management and multi-entity treasury operations. * Familiarity with forecasting models, liquidity analytics, or treasury workstations. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to global cash movements and financial reporting. * Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and banking platforms.
