Responsibilities:

Responsible for duties associated with the preparation of all outbound dispatching for deliveries to customers.  Work closely with drivers, supervisors and Transportation Manager.  

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required.  

* Previous clerical experience and knowledge of operations and transportation functions preferred.  

* Must be proficient with MS Office.

* Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred.  

* Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

* Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills.  
* Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.  
* Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction (internal and external).  
* High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible.
