Overview: PUT YOUR CAREER IN GEAR, and Drive with purpose in your new role as a Transportation Aide. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who enjoys transporting residents as well as working on the floor. Responsibilities: * Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed * Confirm doctors' appointments for residents * Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments * Monitor daily documentation and filing * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire. * Current/active CPR certification * Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear * Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
