Responsibilities: Experience in Instructional Design required. 2-3 years' experience in an EPIC Hospital & Physician Revenue Cycle. Strong analytics required to identify trends where training and efficiencies are within the workflows that have multiple touches. Must be able to translate billing needs to the Epic Analyst to implement identified opportunities for workflow build enhancements. Must have experience in coaching, and feedback and have strong relationship building skills. Must be able to create, develop and deliver revenue process training to an adult audience. Strong written and verbal communications required to communicate with all levels of the organization. Must be able to interpret payor policies, procedures, and billing outcomes to identify negative revenue impacting trends and make recommendation for improvements.
