				Overview:

* This is a full-time position
* Schedule is 4-10 hour shifts, Schedule will include 1 weekend day.

* This is not a remote position. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, UT
* Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
* Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone

* Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
* Strong data entry and computer skills
* Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
* Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
* Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
* Self-starter and motivated team player
* Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
* Ability to work well with others as part of a team

As a Training Coordinator we are responsible for all aspects of the training of our pilots.  This is a complex process and the knowledge will build as different areas are introduced and assigned.

* Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day
* Build schedules for tracking
* Classroom
* Training Devices
* Simulators

* Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
* Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
* Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
* Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.
* Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
* Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies
* Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
