The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry's best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver comprehensive training programs (in-person and virtual) for new and existing technicians on IHS (Integrated Home Systems) products, services, and installation best practices
* Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions that mirror real-world installation scenarios, ensuring technicians gain proficiency in various IHS solutions
* Assess technician performance through evaluations and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
* Stay current with IHS technologies, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content delivery remains relevant
* Track and report on training effectiveness and technician development, contributing to the continuous improvement of training initiatives
* Work collaboratively with a team of trainers and other departments to achieve shared goals and enhance overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field, education, or a related discipline preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to diverse audiences (both verbally and in writing)
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with trainees 
* Understanding of IHS products, systems, and installation processes, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of how adults learn best, including various instructional design methods, and the ability to adapt training styles to different learning preferences
* Efficiently manage training schedules, resources, and other tasks related to the role
* Ability to stand for extended periods, demonstrate physical tasks related to installations, and lift up to 65 lbs.
* Willingness to travel to various locations for training sessions, conferences, or professional development as needed
