Responsibilities:

Position Summary: 

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical. 

* Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system. 
* The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions, have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and VAVs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

* Minimum five (5) years' experience.  

* High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience. 

* Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical. 

* Knowledge of building management systems including, building automation system, fire alarm system, and pneumatic tube system. 

* Ability to read and follow PM instructions. 

* Basic knowledge of central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAVs.
