Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation and day to day maintenance of accurate customer plans within the Trade system.
* Create one plan per Brand, execute ongoing updates to plans per SPM / CDM instructions Identify baseline forecast variances, closing deals, updating promotions and long leads.
* Manage the claims, deduction, and reconciliation processes by following client policies and procedures to meet monthly goals.
* Identify deduction validation issues and work with SPM / CDM to resolve.
* Maintain audit compliant files and documentation.
* Reporting and balancing of cleared and open deductions for financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience required
* 2-5 years administrative/planning experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
* Ability to learn new software quickly; Must have the ability to build Excel templates/spreadsheets from scratch using Pivot Tables and V lookups
* Excellent organization, math, and analytical skills; Strong verbal and written communication
* Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment; Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision
* Proficiency in Computer Software to include: MS Windows, Spreadsheet (MS Excel), Word-processing (MS Word), Computer Graphics (PowerPoint)

Position Summary:
The Trade Management Specialist (TMS) works closely with assigned Customer Development Managers and Directors. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of customer business plans using client software, manages the deduction processing following client policies and procedures. Including sales forecasts, pricing, promotion plans, trade spend expenditures, long leads, and deduction management tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan Implementation & Maintenance Manage the implementation and day to day maintenance of accurate customer plans within the Trade system
* Create one plan per Brand, execute ongoing updates to plans per SPM / CDM instructions
* Identify baseline forecast variances, closing deals, updating promotions and long leads
* Conduct training with relevant Company new employees
* Manage all customer pricing by mpg/sku Claims and Deductions Management
* Manage the claims, deduction, and reconciliation processes by following client policies and procedures to meet monthly goals
* Identify deduction validation issues and work with SPM / CDM to resolve
* Maintain accurate and thorough deduction status notes on aged deductions
* Update monthly repay status reports via SharePoint / Excel files
* Maintain audit compliant files and documentation
* Reporting and balancing of cleared and open deductions for financial reporting requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Business Administration Diploma or equivalent job-related experience
Experience
Minimum 2-5 years administrative/planning experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
