Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Total Rewards Strategist serves as a trusted consultant and subject-matter expert to Human Resources leadership and organizational executives on all aspects of compensation, benefits, recognition, and total rewards. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration and communication of executive level compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Working closely with HR colleagues and business leaders, this position assesses organizational needs, develops recommendations, and communicates these programs effectively to leaders and Mission Partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
5 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation and/or benefits.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders, and make actionable recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Experience:
Prior leadership experience.
7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation and/or benefits.
