				Overview:

The Compensation Benefits Specialist role will manage a variety of Human Resources (HR) policies & procedures to implement Total Rewards (TR) initiatives with members of the BHN Benefits, Compensation, and Stock Team.

This position is a Hybrid role (2 days/week) out of our Coppell, TX office. 

Responsibilities:

Functions as a Compensation Benefits Specialist in a variety of Total Reward HR duties to support a great team member experience including, but not limited to the following:

* Ensures policies adhere to on-going legislative updates on a federal, state, and county level.
* Maintains Workers Compensation (WC) & Leave of Absence (LOA) postings/notifications to ensure compliance.
* Ensures TR documentation integrity on shared platforms (i.e., Compliance Central & SharePoint). 
* First Escalation Subject Matter Expert (SME) with employee questions. 
* Partners with Procurement/Legal/IT on new or amended contracts.
* Actively participates in the creation, documentation, and process improvement with a focus on automation.
* Performs data gathering & analysis related to compensation (e.g., Comp Survey Payroll Requests, Merit Recommendation Gathering, Bonus Eligibility Updates, etc.), and/or benefits activities. 
* Assist the Compensation team in performing regular and monthly Compensation data reporting & maintenance (e.g., Ad-Hoc One-Time Bonus submission & Monthly Compensation Report)
* Manages TR Team Communications and Trainings including scheduling, content, communications, distribution, etc.
* Perform various other HR duties as assigned to assist the TR HR Team (e.g., Project Plan Documentation management for Focal Merit Process).

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, or Business-related degree preferred.
* 5+ yrs progressive HR Generalist experience working directly with management.
* Compensation and Benefits experience
* Working knowledge of country & other applicable jurisdictional HR laws, practices, policies.
* Strong project management & process development skills
* Team player with cross-functional experience and strong client service orientation.
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
* Strong communication skills with a take initiative attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
