Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program.
Responsibilities:
Experience in a complex Government IT environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems. Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues that cannot be fixed at the service desk level. Strong problem-solving and technical skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and explain technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner. Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 service desk resources.
Qualifications:
Required: 3-5 years' experience. Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications.
Desired: Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.
