				Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program.

Responsibilities:

Experience in a complex Government IT environment.. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems. Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Ability to follow senior service desk team member direction and quickly escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1.

Qualifications:

Required: 2-3 years' experience. Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications.
Desired: Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.
