Overview: CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more. Responsibilities: Program Therapist - Partial Hospitalization. No evenings or weekends * Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals * Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient * Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program Qualifications: * Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work * Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP * BLS (Basic Life Support) required
