				Responsibilities:

* Prepares and pours alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. 

* Provides timely, professional beverage service to guests and beverage servers, maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods. 

* Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately in accordance with responsible beverage service guidelines and regulations. 

* Operates POS systems accurately, processes cash, credit, and comp transactions, and maintains strict adherence to financial controls. 

* Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station, including setup, operation, and breakdown in accordance with health and safety standards. 

* Ensures all garnishes, glassware, ingredients, and equipment meet brand, culinary, and sanitation standards. 

* Promotes casino events, programs, and amenities while providing personalized service and resolving service issues professionally. 

* Adheres to all casino, state, and local alcohol service laws, gaming regulations, ID verification procedures, and responsible service protocols. 

* Operates, cleans, and maintains bar equipment and utensils safely and properly. 

* Removes debris, cleans bar surfaces, sinks, and floors, and disposes of waste according to department procedures. 

* Supports special events, portable bar operations, and additional beverage service needs as assigned. 

* Serves as a positive brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and representing the property appropriately at all times. 

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years of age. 

* High school diploma or equivalent required. 

* Minimum of six months of related bartending or beverage service experience preferred. 

* Knowledge of cocktail ingredients, mixing techniques, proper pouring methods, and beverage presentation. 

* Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

* Ability to accurately count money, make change, and handle transactions. 

* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly. 

* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require. 

* Must meet professional appearance and grooming standards. 

* Ability to respond quickly to visual and verbal cues and maintain focus in a high-volume service environment
