Responsibilities: * Lead test manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions from concept through volume production. * Develop and manage integrated test project plans, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners. * Drive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems, and resource requirements. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment, and manufacturing processes. * Monitor project execution, track critical milestones, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders. * Support capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future production demand. * Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance. * Ensure compliance with company quality systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing standards. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Elec/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. * 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management. * Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a test manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production ramp-up. * Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers is preferred. * Software coding, test development experience * Strong leadership and influencing skills. * Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and risk management capability. * Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution skills and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. * Experience with high-tech, electronics, or test and measurement manufacturing environments.
