About the Team

You will be joining a close-knit, innovative team in Switzerland that works on cutting-edge signal generation technology. Our team values agility, collaboration, and technical excellence, with development, assembly, and calibration all under one roof.

About the Role

We are looking for a Test Engineer/Technician to contribute to the advancement of test and calibration processes for our high-performance signal generation products. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our testing and calibration procedures while collaborating with production and R&D teams to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and set up automated test environments for RF devices.

* Conduct production tests on RF devices.

* Develop and improve production tests.

* Program test scripts for automatic production of test certificates and protocols.

* Test and calibrate Keysight devices in a high-precision environment.

* Develop and enhance test and calibration software.

* Integrate measurement instruments into automated workflows.

* Collaborate with production, development, and quality teams to optimize processes

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

* BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of high-frequency measurement technology.
* Proficiency in English (+ German minimum conversational level)

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, and C.
* Independent, structured, and precise approach to work, with a commitment to quality.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
