				Overview:
Job Summary
As a Test Engineer I , you will have a collaborative and analytical role focused on ensuring our products meet real-world user needs. This engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective test cases. The role involves hands-on data collection, assisting in the development of new test methods, supporting partner collaboration, and using analytical tools to help validate product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

* Core Responsibilities
* Work with Engineering teams to understand product use cases and help align testing activities accordingly.
* Set up and instrument tests to collect data using standard equipment such as accelerometers, strain gages, force meters, and multimeters.
* Execute existing test plans and contribute to updating and aligning them with new learnings.
* Assist in the design of basic test fixtures and jigs using CAD software (Creo preferred).
* Process and organize test data for analysis by the engineering team.
* Support engagement with JDM (Joint Design Manufacturer) partners by helping document test methods and preparing for audits of partner testing.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirement:

* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer
*  1+ Yrs. Experience

Preferred Requirements:

* Hands-on experience with data acquisition and using standard test equipment (e.g., accelerometers, strain gages, force meters, multimeters).
* Familiarity with data processing and analysis using tools such as Python or MATLAB.
* Basic proficiency with 3D CAD software (Creo preferred) for fixture design concepts.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Working knowledge with some experience in Python scripting, Labview, C++
