Location: Orlando, FL
Full-Time | $60,000 - $150,000/year (Base + Commission)

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and a background in aquatic or commercial pool systems? Aquafinity, is looking for a Territory Manager / Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Orlando, FL region.
This is your chance to take ownership of a designated territory, drive new business, support long-term clients, and represent industry-leading water quality control systems and services in the commercial aquatic space.

What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across your territory
* Identify sales opportunities through CRM, referrals, events, and outreach
* Travel throughout the region to meet with clients and demonstrate products
* Collaborate with project managers, support teams, and business development to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide product training and support to clients
* Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to represent CES
* Report on sales activity, performance goals, and territory growth
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of direct sales experience (commercial pool industry a plus)
* Knowledge of water quality equipment and aquatic facilities preferred
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
* A self-starter attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel (including overnight trips)
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - trade/associate degrees welcome
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, kneeling, etc.)
* Willingness to complete Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) training within the first year
* Ability to manage your own schedule and meet sales/profitability goals
* Commitment to upholding CES standards and protecting company/client confidentiality
