Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Western North Carolina and Western South Carolina Metro territory. This person will be responsible for appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in commercial insurance with a particular emphasis on Workers' Compensation, Property/Liability, Commercial Umbrella, and Commercial Auto. Professional Liability experience a plus. Keen knowledge of North Carolina and South Carolina P&C marketplace, including competitive intelligence and a good familiarity with the independent agency network serving the state is a plus..  The ideal candidate must be able to work independently (typically from home) and be willing to travel frequently throughout the territory.  He/she should have excellent organization skills and be comfortable working with Windows Office and other basic computer programs.  A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
