Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary contractor to support a tablet system migration effort. This role is responsible for downloading videograms and photo files from a legacy tablet platform, organizing and saving files accurately, and transferring them into a new tablet system for delivery to inmates. Key Responsibilities: * Download videograms and photos from the existing tablet system * Accurately save, label, and organize files for processing * Upload and send content to the appropriate inmate accounts within the new tablet platform * Verify data accuracy and ensure successful delivery of all files * Follow defined processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Basic computer skills, including file management and data entry * Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines * Experience with data entry or content migration preferred
