Inside Service Sales Specialist to support the very successful growth of our businesses across India. To ensure that all of TA Instruments customers experience the best service in the analytical industry. This can be obtained by educating customer on the value and the importance of purchasing a TA Instruments service contract. The service contract includes priority response times, a performance maintenance visit, software updates, and coverage that includes all service parts, labor, and travel if the instrument had to be repaired. This is on contract role for one year with 3rd party payroll. 

Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell service contract products to existing and new customers.
* Use SAP to access account information and create demand and service contract quotes.
* Provide basic product information and ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs.
* Perform outbound calls to close quotes and finalize sales.
* Utilize data analytics and territory reports to target prospects and support business development initiatives.
* Perform outbound calls to close quotes and finalize sales.
* Prioritize and manage opportunities funnel using CRM/account management software.
* Track sales activities, open opportunities, and follow-up initiatives using TA Instruments CRM.
* Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs as directed by management.
* Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication with end users and decision makers.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Bachelors Degree

Experience:

* 2-5 years of experience with service Admin Co-ordination
* Experience in SAP is a plus
* Contract Management experience is a plus

Skills:

* Must possess a strong customer focus
* Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with specific customer needs
* Personal sense of integrity
* Effective time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel:

* This is a territory-based position with travelling within your designated territory, and occasional travels to other states for activities such as local business support, meetings and training.
