Telehealth Specialist - Night Shift | Full-Time (3x12-Hour Shifts)Pay: $17.32 - $19.00+/hour (DOE) + Night & Weekend DifferentialsShift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Schedule: Rotating, includes weekends & holidays What You'll Be Doing: As a Telehealth Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our Transfer Center-connecting patients to the care they need, fast. While you won't interact with patients directly, your impact is real. You'll work alongside nurses and physicians to coordinate patient transfers and ensure efficient bed placement across multiple St. Luke's locations. This fast-paced, detail-driven role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving puzzles, and communicates clearly-especially when the stakes are high. A Day in the Life: * Coordinate transfers between St. Luke's facilities to ensure safe, efficient patient movement. * Manage high-volume incoming calls and relay critical information to care teams. * Support real-time bed placement across the system. * Maintain accurate documentation and administrative workflows. * Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate smooth transitions and fast solutions. Uses established procedures to perform assigned tasks. * Through documentation and oral communication, essential information is shared with health care team members and others throughout the organization and region. * Prepares, compiles and maintains technical and operational records for all telehealth programs. * Maintains inventory and order supplies as necessary. * Assists in gathering patient information between Telehealth services and units/programs both internal and external to the organization. * Organizes the flow of information to maximize timely feedback including the management of high volumes of telephone call and electronic messages. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
