				Overview:

This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.

The Telecom Operations Analyst is responsible for managing all company-wide telecom MACDs, billing inquiries, and supporting key organizational initiatives. This role includes coordinating project-based rollouts, supporting site acquisitions and dispositions, and conducting provider audits and service transitions. Projects may involve vendor migrations, service upgrades, and billing optimization efforts. The Analyst plays a key role in standardizing telecom systems and processes under the direction of the Telecom Manager.

In addition, this individual provides day-to-day operational support as needed, assisting the team across all aspects of telecom services and support.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

* Project assistance including regular communication of all company-wide telecom initiatives from conception to completion
* Supports onboarding/offboarding of voice and data connections including POTs, VoIP, SIP, broadband, fiber and mobile at all Company locations
* Serves as a technical point of contact for escalated telecom billing inquiries
* General to advanced knowledge of telecom cabling, networking, and connectivity
* Promotes valuable communication between internal teammates and vendors
* Primary responsibility of keeping telecom systems and assets documented and standardized
* Primary point of contact for all TEM related operational changes and ongoing maintenance
* Creates and maintains documentation of department processes and procedures
* Oversees maintenance of telecommunication services inventory database
* Assists in management of telecom vendor relationships and contracts
* Maintains open dialogue and relationships within IT and with other departments to ensure that optimal connectivity and system security is maintained
* On call availability as needed on a rotating schedule

Qualifications:

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience performing MACD services from start to finish
* Knowledgeable configuring hosted VoIP systems & SIP devices a plus
* Hands-on experience implementing telecom service changes
* Above average knowledge of MS Office suite

 Education and Experience

Minimum Required Qualifications (including Programs/systems experience)

* Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or other information systems related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two to Three years of experience in a telecom MACD & TEM billing environment
* Ideal candidate will be highly organized, task oriented, capable of managing multiple complex tasks.
* In-depth understanding of VoIP systems and SIP communications
* Strong problem solving and effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to pursue challenging issues with telecom providers ensuring timely resolution
