Responsibilities: As a Technician, you will work on various construction projects related to Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring, and Condition Surveys. Your main responsibilities will include: * Conduct field monitoring using total stations and digital inclinometers, * Perform condition surveys of properties, structures, and right-of-ways, * Process data and prepare technical reports, * Install, troubleshoot, and maintain geotechnical instruments, * Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, * Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: What makes you unique * Has a valid provincial driver's license and access to reliable transportation. * Has a College Diploma (civil, geotechnical) or other applicable degree in a civil engineering or technology-based field. * Experience working with power tools * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge and skill with Word processing and Excel software * Able to adhere to prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans in a safe, efficient manner * Previous experience working with total station and survey equipment is an asset *
