Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Empower learners to excel in their roles by producing effective training materials, e-learnings, and videos (writing, filming, editing/compiling) * Write and publish task-oriented help documentation for Medpace clinical trial software * Partner with experts to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter * Collaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical information Skills/Characteristics * Advocate for learners and provide input during meetings * Care about the details and notice even small inconsistencies in language, visuals, and format * Embrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities change * Desire to improve our services, processes, and UX/UA/UI by integrating new technology and best practices Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication, or related field * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word * Proficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication (Knowledge of these programs is a plus: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Paligo) * Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiences
