Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview: We're hiring a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Training Instructor to lead our hands-on technical training programs in Madison, TN. This role involves delivering classroom and lab-based instruction to apprentices and entry-level technicians, covering x-ray theory, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, as well as in depth product specific training. You'll help shape the future of Tri-Imaging's workforce by teaching real-world skills with real equipment.

What You'll Do:

* Facilitate classroom and lab-based instruction through demonstration and guidance
* Mentor and support apprentices in completing training program requirements
* Oversee preventative maintenance completion, routine maintenance repairs, and troubleshooting
* Monitor and grade apprentice testing progress and lab participation
* Maintain safety, organization, and engagement in all training activities
* Support continuous improvement through feedback and performance tracking

What You'll Need (Requirements):

* 5+ years of experience servicing multi-vendor, multi-modality diagnostic imaging equipment.
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience in diagnostic imaging preferred
* Strong knowledge of medical imaging systems and manufacturer service documentation
* Ability to teach operational procedures, theory, and diagnostic techniques effectively
* Experience with curriculum development and learning management systems is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Time management and organizational skills with a proactive attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC business systems
* Familiarity with test equipment, power tools, and laptop-based protocols
