Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledge * Plan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offerings * Develop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teams * Act as a bridge between customers and R&D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) * Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industry * Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools * Strong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal) * Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher) * Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively * A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success * Global experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plus * Experiences with optical measurement, such as Tunable laser source, Polarization Synthesizer, Power meter, Optical switch are desirable.
