Responsibilities:
What will you do:
* Post-Sales Support: Use in-depth technical or scientific knowledge to resolve product support escalations for our Wafer Test Solutions (WTS) products. Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to Field Service Engineers, Remote Engineers, or customer call center personnel.
* Support Strategy: Develop and implement support plans, repair levels, and production support plans for new products.
* Consulting: Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities.
* Collaboration: Interact with marketing, sales, technical support, QA, manufacturing, product development, and external customers to ensure products meet necessary features, cost parameters, supportability goals, reliability targets, and release schedules.
* Documentation: Write product/process user documentation.
* Training: Develop and deliver technical training to Keysight technical support teams, such as field service and remote service engineers.
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
* Language: Native-level proficiency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Location: Willingness to relocate/travel to our office in Hachioji, Tokyo.
* Mindset: A passion for technology, problem-solving, and learning in a fast-paced environment.
* Curiosity: Eager to explore innovative solutions and engage with customers.
