Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities * Lead Requirements Discovery: Work with Business, Product and Development teams to gather, analyze, and draft comprehensive requirements for the Adobe Commerce platform dev teams * Bridge Business & Tech: Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can execute on * Solution Validation: Collaborate with developers to define/review detailed designs and ensure proposed technical solutions align with business needs and Magento native capabilities; this may include technical hands-on for proof of concept/pilot solutions * Quality Assurance & UAT: Define testing criteria, support QA in test case creation, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful product launches * Process Optimization: Analyze existing e-commerce workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or automation strategies * Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior analysts, fostering best practices in documentation and requirements management Qualifications: Education and Experience * 3+ years of experience with a strong focus on enterprise e-commerce systems (Adobe Commerce/Magento experience is mandatory) * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, scaled agile environment Skills and Qualifications * Platform Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Adobe Commerce/Magento (B2B & B2C), including catalog management, cart and checkout flows * Technical Fluency: Ability to read/understand API documentation (REST/GraphQL) and basic SQL to communicate effectively with engineers and architects * Tools Proficiency: Expert-level skill in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation; familiarity with GitLab workflows is a plus * Analytical Modeling: Proficiency in creating process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to visualize complex requirements * Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate scope and translate technical constraints into business terms Visa sponsorship not available for this role
