Responsibilities:
* Application support (not supporting packages)
* Infrastructure - health of the platform
* Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and servers
* Strong database skills (SQL)
* Experience with maintaining containerized applications
* Java/Jboss applications
* Installing applications
* Understanding of Networking (load balancers)
* Maintain cloud infrastructure
* Documentation including process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams
* High availability
* 24/7 on-call support (rotation)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
* 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
* Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing applications and server systems
* Previous transaction processing experience is a plus
* Scripting experience
* Cloud Infrastructure experience
* Networking experience is a plus
* Programming language experience
