Teams Licensed Structures SME/Lead

Leadership skill set. 
Must have 1-2 years Airbus experience, with other airframes. 
Lead a team of 8-12 technicians to safely perform maintenance in their discipline on an Airbus A320.

Structures:
Must be versed in Airbus SRM and engineering documents. 
Able to oversee and direct large repairs and modifications.
