Teamlead (gender neutral) ITPM

The Environment

Our ITPM organisation supports customers in navigating the full lifecycle of technology value - covering IT Asset Management, Microsoft Advisory Services, Digital Supply Chain, Publisher Advisory, FinOps and SaaS Management. 

Your Impact

This role is pivotal for customer success, regional growth, and practice evolution.
As part of a global practice, you will work closely with regional sales, services, alliance management, and marketing teams to drive excellence, innovation, and customer impact across Benelux.
You will lead, develop, and grow a team of PreSales professionals while co‑shaping the regional ITPM vision. You act as a strategic partner across the business - guiding customer engagements, overseeing proposal quality, influencing go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring best‑in‑class technical and commercial PreSales delivery. 
What you'll do

* Lead, coach, and mentor the presales team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance culture.
* Co‑develop and execute the regional presales strategy, defining priorities, target markets, and go‑to‑market plans.
* Engage with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle - from discovery through proposal - ensuring clear, value‑driven positioning.
* Act as a subject‑matter expert across relevant domains, staying ahead of vendor trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
* Oversee creation of high‑quality proposals and presentations tailored to customer business needs and industry context.
* Track performance metrics (pipeline, win‑rate, customer satisfaction), providing insights and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Strong leadership skills with experience developing and empowering teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors.
* Strategic thinker with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer challenges across ITAM, cloud, SaaS, or related areas.
* Solid understanding of technology solutions (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics) and the ability to position value.
* Analytical mindset with experience using CRM/sales analytics tools to derive insights and drive decisions.
* Passion for continuous learning, staying current on industry developments and emerging technologies.
