Responsibilities:

Team Lead for Service Line
Contract type: Full-time | Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan | Working model: On-site

We're looking for a Team Lead for Service Line to manage and grow our delivery team in Almaty. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical delivery with people leadership. You'll guide your team, support customers, and make sure our services run smoothly and effectively.

What you'll do

* Lead the daily operations of the local delivery team, ensuring services meet expectations.
* Deliver and oversee solutions in Windows Server, Azure, O365, SQL, AD/AAD, and IT Security.
* Allocate workload, track progress, and manage risks to keep projects on time and budget.
* Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Work closely with global teams to align delivery standards and share best practices.

Qualifications:

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
* Hands-on technical experience in Microsoft platforms and IT services delivery.
* Proven ability to manage customers, prioritize effectively, and solve complex issues.
* Experience with project or service management in multi-client environments.
* Fluency in English (Russian or Kazakh is a plus).
* Relevant Microsoft or service delivery certifications are welcome.
