Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends. * Oversee and review tax returns, depreciation schedules, and * Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback. * Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients. * Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events. * Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * CPA or JD/LLM required. * 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting. * Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation. * Proven leadership and team management experience. * Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
