* Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income, Sales, Property, Excise, Escheats)
* Maintenance & Reconciliation of Tax Account Balances, including adjusting journals
* Form W-9 Preparation & Maintenance
* Administrative Tasks & Special Projects, as assigned

Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance or similar, required. Graduate Degree - Business, Accounting or Similar, preferred.
* Experience: Two years Corporate or Public Tax Compliance, required.
* Licensure/Certification: CPA License (or eligible), preferred.
