				Overview:

As a Talent Strategy Partner, Senior Advisor you are responsible for the important function of developing people strategies to support the achievement of business plans and growth objectives. You will support a variety of initiatives and talent strategies for the Global Sales business. You will partner closely with the Senior Director Talent Strategy Partner for Global Sales, as well as the Director Talent Strategy Partner supporting North America Sales. In addition, you will partner with business leaders, People team Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and People Partners to develop and execute talent initiatives that drive organizational success, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role requires strong relationship building and leadership skills, along with an understanding of both the business's strategic goals and the intricacies of talent management within your functional area.

Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy

* Acts as a key member of the business leadership team, supporting growth objectives by offering subject matter expertise on talent, organizational and people-related strategies. 
* Understands business plans and strategies and partner closely with business leaders and regional Talent Strategy Partners to identify, prioritize and build the capabilities, structure, and talent to support the organization's success. 

 Workforce Planning and Talent Management

* Advocates for talent management and development for the business with a focus on enhancing leadership capabilities, developing the organization's expertise and skills advancements, and ensuring succession bench strength.
* Supports organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement for the business.
* Assesses future talent needs and current vs. desired organizational performance and capabilities. Develop and deploy actions to address gaps.

 Talent Insights:

* Reviews business and people key performance indicators with business leaders and identify insights and talent actions aimed at improving key people metrics.
* Analyzes workforce trends to forecast future labor requirements to support leaders in workforce planning and succession management.

Consultation and Collaboration

* Collaborates with People Partners to understand regional talent landscape and support implementation of employee initiatives across the global organization.
* Facilitates change and support organizational change initiatives including the integration of acquisitions.
* Coach's leaders on leadership and management practices and provide consultation, insights, and guidance on people-related matters to drive organizational success.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
* 12+ years in an HR role supporting leaders on talent initiatives, talent acquisition, people partner, organizational development, talent management and acquisition/integration leadership

 Preferred Skills and Competencies:

* Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to translate business goals into talent strategies and initiatives.
* Experience in talent management principles, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* Adept at data analytics, ability to analyze data, recognize trends, apply benchmarks, tie back to business priorities and develop data driven recommendations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and client focus with the proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence stakeholders
* HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
