Overview:
The Talent Development Specialist ensures organizational needs are met, while providing system support, security management, and collaborating on tool enhancements. The position involves leading projects, administering programs, conducting audits, and maintaining strong relationships across the enterprise, with a requirement for extensive HR systems experience and strategic thinking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Builds collaborative relationships with all Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team members and stakeholders.
* Develops assessments, tests, job aids, knowledge-based articles, and e-learning programs.
* Helps to administer and maintain the Learning Management system (LMS) (aka GPS Tool Suite powered by Cornerstone) for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information.
* Provides guidance and support for employee questions regarding the learning management system (LMS).
* Troubleshoots and resolves system issues; maintains system accuracy through regular auditing.
* Manage complex dynamic learning assignments, both one time and recurring
* Plans, sources, and administers learning courses and curricula to train employees and improve their skills, knowledge and abilities.
* Generates reports and metrics for users and stakeholders.
* Assists with enhancements and release updates for the learning management system (LMS).
* Supports internal and external audits of the learning management system (LMS).
* Updates content for resources and tools related to the learning management system (LMS).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Experience with Human Resource related systems, including Learning Management Systems (experience with Cornerstone is preferred).
* Very solid knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs.
* Understanding of company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
