Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a dynamic technical recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition Team! In this role, you'll own the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing and hiring top talent across our infrastructure division. This is a fully remote position with potential to go into a local office from time to time.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the firm, with a primary focus of supporting our Infrastructure Division.
* Leverage iCIMS and external recruiting platforms to attract top talent.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring-to secure high-quality candidates for technical roles.
* Represent Colliers Engineering & Design at college/university career fairs and industry recruiting events to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
* Generate and analyze reports from iCIMS and ADP to track recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and turnover statistics.
* Collaborate with HR staff to resolve employee-related or process issues as needed.
* Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly preferred.
* Experience providing full life-cycle corporate recruiting in a professional organization is required.
* 1-4 years of related recruiting experience is required.
* Working knowledge of iCIMS ATS is preferred.
* AEC experience is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with and communicate effectively with staff and potential candidates.
* Display ease at speaking and interacting with individuals and groups.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information as well as have conversation with others regarding confidential and sensitive information.
* Proficient in MS Office with ability to run reports and manipulate data.
* A valid drivers license is required. 
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
