Novant Health is seeking a Recruiter to partner closely with the hiring leader to understand staffing needs, then create innovative, proactive and resourceful sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent. External client facing with focus on passive candidate outbound sourcing, building talent pipelines, screening and assessing applicants. Through the use of advanced database and internet search (google commands, Boolean operators, and other best practice search techniques), cold contact with candidates, initial screen, and provide a positive candidate experience; you will contribute to our world class organization. This is a hybrid role, working remote from home with the expectation for travel onsite as needed or requested.
The Recruiter primary responsibilities are to attract, source, and hire diverse talent that reflects the communities that Novant Health serves. The Recruiter is responsible for the full candidate lifecycle: from managing the hiring manager relationships, sourcing, screening, and hiring for a high-quality pipeline of diverse candidates. To succeed, the Recruiter must be highly effective in recruitment to maintain candidate satisfaction, engage with operational leaders, and can communicate with all key players in the processes.

Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Nursing, Business Administration or related field required.
* Experience: Five years of experience working closely with hiring managers on recruiting and other human resource issues in a dynamic and diverse environment required.
* Licensure/Certification: PHR/SPHR and/or CHCR preferred.
* Additional skills required: Demonstrated ability to recruit and fill high volume staff and clinical requisitions on time. Demonstrated knowledge of current local, federal and state regulatory and governing standards for search and selection policies and procedures. Digital Fluency: High level of proficiency to review and route applications using the in-house iCIMS ATS and to learn new technologies, systems, and processes. Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with hiring leaders at all levels. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development. Agility: Maintains positive demeanor while adapting to ever changing work environment. Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while delivering excellent customer service and work product. Inclusion and Belonging: adapts communication style to foster inclusion and belonging. Judgment: Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. Consults with hiring leaders and team members to deliver appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion.
