Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will use your candidate sourcing and engagement skills to build pipelines of exceptional talent that will help us take our company to the next level. You will be an ambassador for Kastle, advocating for our employer brand and driving brand awareness in the market. Responsibilities:
* Partner with Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies and understand their current and future needs
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
* Source and reach out to candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database & CRM, job boards, networking, internet searches, x-ray searches, industry events, alumni associations, competitor lists, etc.)
* Orchestrating candidate campaigns, outreach, engagement, and cultivation as well as conducting phone screens as needed.
* Create and compose compelling messaging that highlights the exciting challenges and incredible culture at Kastle.
* Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
* Maintain candidate database (CRM) in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
* Brainstorm with the sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, either as a Full-Cycle Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist.
* In-House/Corporate recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We use iCIMS, but experience with other systems would also be helpful.
* Proficiency in basic/advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean strings, Chrome Extensions, Seekout, Hiretual, Beamery, etc.)
* Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with candidates
* Experience managing multiple searches through project management and prioritization skills
* Experienced in sourcing and engaging with talent for a fast-growing company.
* Prior experience in Analytics, Technology or Professional Services industries would be helpful but is not required.
* Creative with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden talent
* Influential written and verbal communication, including the ability to craft, test and iterate on outreach to improve response rates
