Overview: Talent Acquisition Partner, LATAM Location: Remote | S o Paulo, Brazil About This Role Hyland is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global TA team, with a focus on supporting tech recruitment throughout the LATAM region. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our global workforce and fueling our ambitious growth goals. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and strategic partner to the business - connecting top talent with the opportunities that drive our mission forward. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do. * Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles, including strategic individual contributors and leadership positions. * Serve as a consultative partner to executives and senior business leaders - defining workforce needs, advising on talent strategy, and shaping hiring decisions. * Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate long-term business objectives into proactive, data-driven hiring plans. * Identify and engage top passive talent using advanced sourcing tools, talent intelligence, and innovative market-mapping methodologies. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand. * Analyze talent data and trends to provide actionable insights that influence workforce planning and organizational design. Role Essentials * 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a data-driven approach to collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders. * Advanced sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation expertise in complex, competitive markets. * Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. * Experience recruiting in the LATAM region, specifically within the tech market. * Fluent in English, with strong discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. What We'd Like to See (Preferred Skills) * Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. * Ability to influence and advise senior business leaders on talent strategy, hiring best practices, and workforce planning. * Experience owning reporting cadences with senior-level stakeholders to inform on the health of hiring across their organizations. * Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices. * Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement across regional and global initiatives.
